I know it’s Chromium, that’s why I said it.
I didn’t know they have done shady crypto stuff, I started using Brave because I needed to use Chromium in school (frontend dev) but I didn’t want Crome or Edge… So Brave made sense to use.

Brave? 😅
I found what actually went wrong! When I have right-clicked on the file I haven’t first selected it with a left-click so I’ve edited the permissions on my user folder instead of the key.
I didn’t realize I needed to left-click to select it as it shows a similar indication when I hover…
oh, thank you, I did a crosspost!
It was the ssh key I changed permissions on. I’ve added System and Administrator to have full permission again. When applying the changes it seems to struggle with some files in AppData.
(When I previously tried to install node (not sure if this was before or after) the wizard couldn’t find the file AppData.)
Errors I get now when applying the changes:
and a couple more with similar names
and also “my pictures” and “my videos”
and “my documents” and a few more… I should have written them instead of taking so many screenshots! Sorry 😅
At last, it finished and created some new permission inherited from c:\Users\
omgomg that helped, thank you so much.
I ran a troubleshooter on the Windows Update and it didn’t find anything wrong. I have no pending updates either.
I have not done a DISM image repair, I’ll look into that.
I did do, got help doing an SFC scan but it didn’t detect anything odd.
All the gifs! 🙌
I’m leaning towards deleting my account too. We’ll see.
I’ve read this on reddit. I think they, reddit leaders, keep digging that hole deeper and deeper.
Hi I’m the partner! That was fairy easy to do yeah, it’s good enough for now 🤷♀️
Hi, I’m the partner. Isn’t it possible to create a converter that detects what instance you’re logged in to and then redirect to the post? //noob frontend dev
I have ~5100 karma, I’ve never really cared about the total karma amount but it is fun to see a comment or post be upvoted. They feel like social points and that makes me think of “that” episode of Black Mirror, and as @[email protected] said, China has implemented that. It’s crazy.
But as I always say, in the end, the people have the power. Always.
Ohai! I’m exited for this site!
