From my feminist perspective, I want similar pay for similar tasks and experience, so your point could be construed, I think, as reductionist of all feminisms. I don’t know any feminist in my circles that would argue that a man willing to do a dangerous job should be paid less to be equal to a woman doing a safer version of the job for example. The problem is that where I’m from, a woman and a man with the same diploma don’t have similar salaries for the same job.

Generally, people worth boatloads still cry about losing worth and refraining from encouraging IP’s directly benefitting her could distract her or even send a message to her potential allies. It would maybe not change her ways, but it could change the platforms available to send her harmful ideas into the world.

Where I live you pretty much cannot adopt if you’re past 40, except when someone put their kid in their last will for you.

I’m not the one you talked to but isn’t it better to receive assistance in dying so that the experience is less traumatic for friends or relatives of the dead? For example, they don’t have to see their loved one inject themselves or whatnot.

Plus, it comes with the benefit of not having to transport the body if it was a suicide at home, not having to stress about the lethal cocktail and if it contained the right amounts of drugs or whatever.

It doesn’t say much, but I would prefer it a whole lot that a person that I am close to chooses the assisted suicide. And I would much rather be strapped to someone when skydiving.
