My typical rule of thumb is, if it’s a AAA release without Denuvo, I’ll buy it. If the publisher cares so little about their consumers to add Denuvo, I’ll never buy it, even if it’s removed later. I’ll either pirate it for another platform (especially if it was on Switch), wait for Denuvo to be removed and then pirate it, or just not play it at all. I just can’t support anti-consumer publishers like this, especially when Denuvo is a disaster when you’re a Steam Deck player.
I don’t mind the wait, but I do mind the Denuvo DRM.
They are really doing that? Sigh… At least Capcom usually removes it eventually
