OnlyOffice was an office suite developed by Sun Microsystems. Oracle stopped development whel they bought Sun. eventually the developers got fed up and founded the Open Document Foundation. oracle threw kind of a hissy fit, then eventually gave up and donated Open Office to the Apache foundation.
