In a detailed submission to the U.S. government, Ukraine outlines various IP reforms, including proposed legislation that would pave the way for pirate site blocking. Ironically, the plans could put Ukraine ahead of the United States, which still lacks a ‘no fault’ site-blocking regime of its own.
