I don’t want to uninstall or disable that app because of the message about it that they add:
eUICC (embedded UICC) refers to the architectural standards for eSIM, a device used to securely store one or more SIM card profiles, which are the unique identifiers and cryptographic keys used by cellular network service providers to uniquely identify and securely connect to mobile network devices.
I would still like to know if it is advisable to disable those trackers or could they still break something?

Do you use or plan on using an eSIM? I think that system app is responsible for the settings menus that let you add and set up an eSIM. GrapheneOS doesn’t have this app either. Probably won’t be an issue if you’re sticking to physical SIM cards.
