My company just announced AI for field teams. The demo was absolute trash. You have to be ultra specific with phrasing and then it still gives bad info.
Just an example analogy:
how do I change swap a sugar cone for waffle cone? Step one remove all sprinkles and toppings. Step 2: remove the sausages
I tuned off after that. Like you know this is an ice-cream mate?
This is supposed to be the same LLM Microsoft uses everywhere. They expect us to ask it these questions to improve its responses like we have time for that and we know what we are doing, so why bother?
