With “acts of war” Democratic presidents routinely commit acts of war along with Republicans, how far can we go back?
if “declared war” is your line, then we haven’t been in a “real war” since Korea, so we’ve been “war free” since 1950s. I think that’s silly personally.

The whole thread is about unpopular presidents starting wars, you want to change the frame of the discussion you need to specify that.
