Lawnchair is an open source Android launcher. They just released v15 beta-2, and the other updates are in the linked post

If only they could implement what’s holding me back to Nova :

launch an app when swipping up on an app or folder on homescreen

choose how folder are showed : a 2x2 grid is used but stacked option in Nova make home feels a lot less cluttered

But really first one is holding me back.
