It absolutely is, since the weakening of NATO and the US empire is a net positive to all socialist projects everywhere on earth. It doesn’t matter who the capitalist hegemon loses a proxy war to, that loss is socialism’s gain.
He has NOTHING to do with socialism. He hunts down and prosecutes domestic communist as extremist.
