Many of US tech companies are actually spinoffs from military projects. And US tech dominated the global market. And the tech companies are installing backdoors at the behest of the military (Snowden leaks).
The embargos/sanctions against Russia likely creates tons of opportunity for Russia to develop alternative technologies so they are less dependent on US persistent threats, I mean product.
And yet they elected trump, and are clearly being manipulated by foreign agents. They may have invented it but it wouldn’t be the first time the creator failed to fully utilise their creation.
A. I said cyber PSYOPS not warfare and there is an argument to be made that propaganda IS a form of warfare (Eg it is according to russian doctrine). B. There has been a distinct upwards trend in American cuntishness over the last 15 years, well more of a dropping of the mask.
