Pre-installed Google apps that can’t be uninstalled can be incredibly frustrating.     I have App Manager installed - but how can I disable Google Play Store using that? So I have to use ADB first via connecting the phone to a computer?

      You have to use either ADB or Wireless Debugging. There is a user manual if you click on the three dots.
