I have a specific song that doesn’t seem to be on youtube. I’ve tried a bunch of spotify download websites plus spotdl, they all claim to find it but then the song isn’t the same song (or is instrumental when it should have words).
One of my kids has asked for this for their MP3 player. I’m even happy to pay for it properly, I just can’t find it anywhere except spotify. The song is this specific version of Power in Me by The Young Voices Choir: https://open.spotify.com/track/4xkRsdm9qreAvi1JnF8B0A
Any ideas?
There’s a ViolentMonkey script that uses Lucidia and provides you a download button next to songs in the Spotify web players.
https://github.com/zotify-dev/zotify I haven’t used it in a while but it worked perfectly when I did.
Soulseek is another great option
Definitely recommend Soulseek. You’ll get higher-quality files, too.
Soggfy intercepts the audio to rip an ogg or mp3 file. You need premium for 320 but other than that should do the job.
Sweet, I will give it a go, thanks!
Telegram @deezload2bot.
this chinese site had some music i couldn’t find elsewhere, might work for you too 22a5.com
on linux it is easy to record the audio that is sent to the sound device. lots of programs do it.
onthespot doesn’t look too bad if you want to download from spotify directly.
I just download from youtube though. It’s very easy with yt-dlp.
Yes, https://github.com/casualsnek/onthespot
Presuming it still works, as it is unmaintained for a while now
I’ll give it a go and see if it works, thanks!
I use one called Spotidown. You just copy the link and download the MP3. I’ve downloaded a few thousand songs with it and haven’t noticed your issue.
Oh shit, out of all the download sites I tried, this wasn’t one of them, and this one worked. Thanks!
The “stream what you hear” app can record audio from anything that is playing. (on Windows.)
