Because the US government is beholden to businesses, which are beholden to Zionists, not its own citizens.
Because they support it.
They’re either bought or scared of somebody who is bought.

Great share. Hopefully we can see more insight into how platform owners and mods are abusing their power to decide what people get to talk about, and by extension what they get to think about.
The modlog in lemmy is a godsend. It should be standard everywhere to be able to see what someone else is trying to hide from you.
We should get to decide, not some fuckhead with an agenda.
Why is the world silent is what I’d like to know.
The world isn’t silent, it has been condemned worldwide. The UN has called for ceasefires, the ICC has issued arrest warrants and people are demonstrating all over the world. Just because western media doesn’t cover it doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
But there is little we can do short of going to war with the evil empire and its 800+ military bases scattered across the globe. All we can do is watch in horror and learn from it. Learn that it is not China, Russia, Iran or anywhere else you have been trained to dislike, that seeks to dominate the world and its resources. It is the collected gobshites that run the United States of America that are the planet’s biggest, most ruthless and most violent terrorists.
Try watching some traditional TV news that boomers and older watch, and you’ll quickly realize that it’s propaganda(doesn’t even have to be a right leaning channel). Many of them are completely unaware of what is actually happening. Whenever there’s a story about a school being bombed and children dying, the only thing they hear is terrorism this, terrorist that.
One of my neighbors in her sixties was shocked and acted like a serious crime had been committed when some kids wrote “Free Palestine” in chalk on the sidewalk. Because in her mind the kids were openly promoting terrorism, instead of trying to stop fellow children from dying.
