I haven’t seen it posted anywhere, but just an FYI that that animation jank that existed with 3rd party launchers in Android 14 betas has been FIXED!

I’m on A14 Beta 5 on my Pixel 7 Pro running the latest Nova Launcher beta.

    That is pretty big news, it’s been many many years since I’ve run 3rd party launchers because I can’t stand the janky animations and transitions. I hope this behaviour remains when it gets out of beta and also hope to see it on GrapheneOS.

    Well, if this is true it is a pretty huge news, I finally could ditch whatever stock launcher I have with Nova Launcher.
