I went back to the Great Sky Island, did a lap on my hover bike, killed everything, and got 3 of them. I guess I can do that each blood moon. I bet there are also some construct camps near Hyrule Field or on the Great Plateau, or maybe Zora Kingdom that will still have low level constructs.
Sucks that you need 5 of them for each piece of the Zonaite Armor.
