This site seems way outdated, not just in terms of style. It suggests Chrome as an open source alternative to Firefox, but also that Firefox is an open source alternative to Internet Explorer 7.
Modern monitors can output 1000 nits, which is super bright - same with cars. When I was young I sometimes saw yellowish headlights, which weren’t bright enough, but now we have LED and Xenon lamps that burn the cornea from your eyes.
Nice, although my first thought was “what was wrong with OSalt.com?” This site is definitely slicker, and more modern, though.

Ouch
Man clicking on that link was like getting a flashbang thrown in my face ;-; but good to have 2 sources!
Sorry! I didn’t anticipate that strong a reaction to a neutral-bordering-on-boring website 😨 I guess it hasn’t aged well.
edit: Thought it was clear from context that I meant “a neutral-bordering-on-boring website design”, but apparently not.
I think he was referring to the fact that the website has no dark mode, not anything related to content.
That’s what I was referring to as well, but I see even that gets me downvoted around here 🙄 Some people need to chill out.
?? Are you living in a cave or something
I use dark mode everything, white mode is exhausting on the eyes even with blue light filter glasses

Or maybe we’re (also) getting older.
Calling a white webpage a flashbang is a little silly. There’s preference then exaggeration
