pretty sure the US is doubling down on all that right now
As a nonbinary person, I’d much rather live now than the 1990s
It was the mid ’70s. ’79 was the Volker shock; ’82 was Allentown; and by the late ’90s the US was already bipartisanly neoliberalized, WTO’d, and de-industrialized.
I seem to be the only person that hated the 90s. Ugh. Now at least I got fast internet and hentai is not just sailor moon x dbz.
