    Certain words are being censored. I really don’t love it but we can all fill in the blanks.

      The great thing about the fediverse is that if some instance does something you don’t like, you can just switch.

        Fair point, but then I’m starting from scratch again which I’d prefer not to do. I think the censorship is dumb but I can live with it.

          That’s not how it’s supposed to work. The theoretical concept (and a selling point, really) is that you can move your entire account elsewhere. In practice, it’s not implemented yet for Lemmy, afaik.
