Red alert! For the last six months, EFF, our supporters, and dozens of other groups have been sounding the alarm about several #BadInternetBills that have been put forward in Congress. We’ve made it clear that these bills are terrible ideas, but Congress is now considering packaging them together—possibly into must-pass legislation.
I just don’t understand how this is legal. But, to be fair, a lot of should-be-illegal things are legal in this country. I don’t know why I’m surprised. We’re free, as long as we fall into a specific category of people.
Agreed. The issue seems to be, that those younger people you’re talking about, are being politically (sometimes physically) massacred before they have a chance to make an impact.
