      look, he’s doing this in the context of his presidential duties, this makes it completely legal, duh, fucking serfs getting uppity. ~~SCOTUS

        SCOTUS truly would decide that actions during an election year are presidential duties, unless they are impeachable and an impeachment is successful, in which case they were private citizen stuff all along.

          no, impeachment doesn’t matter anymore, literally only the SCOTUS declared the president untouchable, as long as they agree
