Everybody and everything has Russian ties of some sort, tis a big country.
this is just a lazy false equivalence and ignores the evidence presented in the article.
Except, pretty much anything negative that happened in the last 15 years (especially tied to social media) if you look into it Russia always seems to be involved.
I recommend reading: “Road to Unfreedom: Russia, Europe, America” by historian Timothy Snyder.
And what part of those “negative things” does not have USA involved? :)

‘Social media’ as a concept is a USA invention. Facebook pioneered getting people addicted to social media and using that addiction to harvest their data.
