It really shares next to nothing with fire red so that’s tough to answer. It has an original map. It has all Pokémon through, I wanna say, Gen seven or eight, mega evolution, I can go on. I think my favorite part is the gyms have really unique and fun gimmicks. The starters are all pseudo-legendaries too, Which is cool

Pokemon Unbound is far more than a mod to its base game (Fire Red), it’s basically its own GBA game. Not sure I’d say the Pokemon scene is the best but I wanted to call that romhack out for how good it is

Flock cameras process the images locally for plate recognition. The issue sounds like it’s at the individual camera level.

I live in the northeast US; the last few summers have brought wildfire smoke from Canada down to us. While I was taught that in elementary school, I was also taught about the 3/5ths compromise as early as middle school.
