Could just be audacious with winamp skins, although winamp probably runs fine on wine.
Winamp is one of the few things I really miss from Windows.

It’s KDE Plasma 6 with one of the one-click Global Themes applied.
And likely some customization on top of that. Plasma is awesome.Plasma is awesome!
how did you get the window buttons to line up as they should? i have the same theme and a big gap between the close and fullscreen button :)
