Gboard for Android is rolling out a new Flick keys shortcut that lets you quickly enter numbers and symbols with a swipe down.

    I used to use this all the time on the old google keyboards (as well as swipe up to capitalise), but I think I’ve become used to press-to-hold that I’m not sure I’ll use it any more. I’ve turned it on for now, though.
