We put her outside so her stall could be cleaned properly and she was not a fan of waiting to go back in for breakfast.
Yay it’s Sandy! How you feeling, OP?
I’m feeling really rough rn, ngl. I’m probably going to be going to the hospital in a few hours to get checked out for complications. I started having some worrying symptoms a couple hours ago, but it’s far too late for my mom to drive me to the hospital. It’s nothing ambulance worthy yet, thankfully, so I’m just gonna keep an eye on things for now. I live 2 mins from the closest paramedic company, so I can get help quickly if things get much worse.
Those ears are tuned into something. Radar guided apple finder’s.
She was probably watching the other horses get their grain, but there’s also a possibility she was looking for the colt that just moved to the farm. She seems fascinated by the little guy, but hasn’t been allowed to meet him because his owner is weird.
Shame, she might have a maternal instinct that could be beneficial to both, she probably has some wisdom to share.
I think she’d be a great mom. The new barn has loads of other horses, so hopefully she can make some friends at least. She’s had little socialization with other horses for a long time.
I’m so happy for her! Horses need other horses to horse around with.
Me too! I’m hoping she remembers how to interact properly.
“are u done yet?”
After I took this pic, she started trotting and cantering along the fenceline as if that’d make me take her in faster. She’s such a a drama queen. At least she got some exercise in lol
